The gallery is effective for:

• Analyzing matrices such as clean water, wastewater, soil/sludge digests, effluents, and saline samples.
• Determination of nutrients, including silica (dissolved as SiO₂), phosphate, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, chloride, bromide, sulfates, and total hardness.

Samples analyzed include drinking water, treated water, wastewater, seawater, and brine, with a minimum required volume of 50 mL. Nitrate and nitrite samples must be stored in a -20°C freezer, while ammonia should be analyzed immediately. Samples for silica, phosphate, chloride, sulfates, bromide, alkalinity, and total hardness must be stored in a 2-8°C fridge. Silica samples should not be submitted in glass containers.
