Noura Shehab, Ph.D., (PMP®)

Alumni

Now at NEOM (Research and Innovation Manager)

Biography

Dr. Noura Shehab earned her Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from KAUST in 2014, under the supervision of Professor Pascal Saikaly. Her research focused on microbial electrochemical technologies and the use of microorganisms for power generation and desalination. During her time at KAUST, she contributed to innovative research and has received several local and international awards in recognition of her ideas on the development of sustainable solutions to water scarcity. She also served as the President of the KAUST Saudi Arabian Alumni Chapter, fostering engagement and collaboration among alumni. Currently, Dr. Shehab is a Research and Innovation Manager at NEOM, where she is involved in water treatment solutions, fuel cells, and smart water technology.
